This is an operational draft aligned with the v1 workflow. Retention periods, controller details and legally required notices must be reviewed before production publication.

Information we collect

Buyer requests include company, contact name, country, business email and sourcing details. Supplier proposals include company and contact details, quotation files and optional supporting material. General inquiries include name, company, country, business email and message.

How we use it

We use the information to review requests, prepare non-confidential supplier briefs, evaluate supplier proposals, respond to inquiries and prevent abuse.

Supplier sharing

Only when the buyer provides the required agreement may non-confidential request details be shared with qualified Korean suppliers. Company and direct contact details are not displayed in a public RFQ.

Retention and deletion

Exact retention periods must be confirmed after operational and legal review. Information should be securely deleted when no longer needed unless law requires retention.

International processing and vendors

Production notices must identify any relevant processing through services such as Cloudflare Turnstile, based on the final configuration.
